Refund policy

Since every item is custom made-to-order (print-on-demand), we're unable to accept returns for size, color preference, or change of mind. Please double-check size charts before ordering.

Damages and issues
If your item arrives defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery at 'arunkalyan120@gmail.com' with a photo of the issue and your order number. We'll review it and offer a free reprint or a full refund — no need to ship the item back.

Refunds
For prepaid orders, approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days via Razorpay.
For COD orders, since no online payment was made, we'll ask for your UPI ID or bank account details to process the refund, completed within 7 business days of approval.

Non-returnable
As all products are custom printed to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than a defect or printing error on our end.
